Our booking window starts at 06:00 AM and ends at 10:00 PM, allowing you to plan day trips, business travel, or sightseeing comfortably within these hours. The time window ensures that our drivers remain well-rested, and our operations team can provide real-time support without service interruptions. If your trip requires starting earlier or ending later, you may still proceed, but additional hourly charges will apply. Your booking comes with a flat 250 KM allowance per day, which is ideal for both intra-city and nearby intercity travel. This limit helps you plan your routes without unexpected surprises in billing. This included distance ensures pricing remains predictable. If your journey exceeds this cap, the extra KM will be billed transparently at a pre-defined rate. You can track your kilometers using the GPS-enabled tracking system we provide. It’s advisable to estimate your route before the trip to minimize surprises. If your trip continues past the regular service hours (after 10:00 PM), a nominal ₹150/hour fee is charged to compensate for the driver’s extended duty and vehicle use. This ensures fair treatment of our staff and allows us to maintain safe and regulated driving hours. We strongly recommend planning your day trips and appointments in a way that allows you to wrap up before the cut-off. However, we understand delays happen. In such cases, the extension fee is calculated transparently based on actual overtime. You’ll receive an updated invoice with timestamps and exact duration of extra time spent.

Driver bata is a standard daily allowance paid to drivers for their time, meals, and service effort. We charge a flat ₹400 per day, which is consistent across all bookings. It is not included in the base fare and will be listed separately in your final bill to maintain transparency. This fixed fee ensures we can offer you trained, courteous, and punctual drivers who are fairly compensated for their day’s work. There are no dynamic fluctuations or surprise charges related to driver bata. You can pay this directly or have it added to your consolidated trip invoice at the end.
